i have a vu+solo with blackhole image after 15 days watching no signal all channels and free to air i flash it from the begining and i put 5 different images and no signal i am worry that is a tuner problem can any one help me please i appriciate thanks

i have echolink 700fta+ which one is my software? and what channles i see i am new (3329b) when i put tha alpha one nothing happened always scrambled i have only astra and hotbird dish, thanks:)
