Usually the final, in this case, "f01", it is not necessary, but for me has worked better if I put it too, test with and without this, after this if this does not work or is useless, you can edit the service in "lamedb" and put it as before.
In "userbouquet" when you have the DTT channels, I have added RGE Catalunya channels with La 1 HD and La2 HD, thanks to a post of EnoSat posted here:

I have added La 1 HD and La 2 HD copying the SD channels and changing the pids of these channels, and renamed for adding "HD" to the names.
I have making changes and one times worked all fine, but later, touching things, not again.
It's necessary to have installed astra-sm, add "astra-sm", go to etc/astra and edit or change the file "astra.conf" with other one configured.
In ARM decoders: copy "abertis.arm" renamed to "abertis", and the other file "abertis.mips.v3", but the last one seems to be not necessary for ARM decoders.
Oscam emu has to be installed
Go to user/keys/oscam_atv_emu and edit the file "oscam.server" and add a reader like this:

In SoftCam.Key add the keys for these channels.
If someone watch that something is wrong, that say what is the error and I shall make de necessary corrections.
