oe2.0 pcsc oscam support

Hi juli13,
Would you be so nice an build for arm/oe2.5 as well ?
there dosent seem to be one for the DM900 or VU+ 4k :/

I was looking for pcsc drivers for oe2.5 arm images, dosen seem to be any yet,
could probably compile it myself, but since it's a *.ko file i would need to install a complet build environment for a dm900 image :/
