Are there any STB receivers that support EMM keys to allow for auto rolling so when the keys roll, the receiver will automatically update the ECM keys?

I have a Gigablue 800 Solo and a friend of mine the QuadPlus. Both have problems with BWTV. The picture is freezing all the time.
I've read that it doesn't work fluently on Vu+ top models, too.
Sounds to me that there is a tuner issue or the software streaming components are not well settled.

The best is to flash openPLI or openATV and enable the ECM in stream option.
If you want to use the VTI image, you need to adjust the "ECM fix delay" setting to a value that works for you.

It works perfectly for me on a VU+ Duo2.

and what have this todo with autoroll ?
@ cockta
this box are not direkt from Dream, the Tuner have a USB-connect for software with autoroll.

Yes.
You put the AU key into SoftCam.Key like this:

P <srvid> <UA> <key>
example:
P 1234 11223344 11223344556677

Make sure you are using at least version 725.

They have yet to achieve autoroll with the dm800hd+, I wouldn't spend a penny on it as almost 75% of known North American tp keys are available. Unless you see sats from 40.5-139w, don't bother.
