You could always try a full reinstall of windows on your PC to clear out any legacy files that might be causing a problem?

OK, I am now viewing AFN. :)

I think my problem was that vplug was not set up correctly.

Just a couple of problems.

No EPG???

No sound on the Family channel.

A big thanks to all that helped.

I knew I was following the instructions correctly, but as I never use vplug, I had no idea it had to be set up in a certain way.

please only edit file PowerVU.ini by opening it and change letter E to your new drive location C,D,E,F,G,H etc

ie:
mine is saved as this
DLL_DIR=E:\ALT-DVB STAR\Devices\CSA.dll

so if you want this folder direct in C drive it should be like this
DLL_DIR=C:\ALT-DVB STAR\Devices\CSA.dll

finally
each package has a number

ie:
9E ===> AFN this has number 1

so in this line you should make it as this
DEFAULT_PROV=1

and if you need to watch package Discovery-Europe then change the number and save it again as this

4.8°E ===> Discovery-Europe this has number 2

so in this line you should make it as this
DEFAULT_PROV=2

and save it then EnJoY it

feel like smashing my computer, been trying everthing on here but cannot get pictures, I have tried every download suggested, I think I need to give up before i actually do.
I think my only hope is for some kind soul to help with teamviewer

5 EAST Betting channels and Sky Sport News aswell on 5E :thum:
Also Documentary English channels 5E ..i just forgot to set the correct
DEFAULT_PROV=

im sure it'll work ..awesome bunch of channels to be honest with you and lets not forget its all thnxs to everyone working here and elsewhere as a team that make this magic happen and for FREE too :thum: :D

gonna be pretty sweet when Fight Network 15W again encrypts in PowerVU and we WILL be able to see it this time :D

Is it normal not to get the EPG?

I have no sound on Family / Pulse, is this normal too?
