how to install image to 910HD

Hi

First time using ipbox910HD, and Im reading the forum for it but cant find any how tos to install a E2 image into it, its all over the place so I dont know whats what

Can anyone please point me in the right direction, I would like to install the latest sifteam image with the easiest method

From there on I will see whats next

D.L sifteam e2 flash ver extract and rename usb_update.img
format dok fat32 and transfer file .
disconnect box from elect' and connect dok hold power and
reconnect box when usb update come on let go the power and
wait until done come up.disconnect dok and restart the box.
