ERROR NO CA

i have flashed a sim 2.01 image to an original DM800 and got the error NO CA, i have tried the enforcer but getting the message file too big when i click on flash, i have fixed this prob before on a clone 800 but forgot how to do it with the message file too big.

any ideas anyone

all sorted now, i pressed connect in dreamup powered it up when it said now switch on and the ip came up on the led screen, put that ip in my url then flashed it the normal way.
