how to backup image

It would have been polite from you to make an introduction first before asking your question!
If you want to back up your flash image, then download via blue panel the plugin "GP2 flash backup" and save your flash image on your hard disc and then eventually on your PC (in case you have once to reflash your box).

You need to give more info, zuchato.
I use a script (for cloneboxes)to do this.
If you do it with a normal plugin you will get a backup, but when you reflash it, there will be a "no ca found" error.
The official backup NFI plugins will not work on a clone.
It will download an unpatched bootloader from dream multi media website.
What gemini do you use?
Which bootloader?
Which OE kernel (1.5 or 1.6)

Clone or original though providing the appropriate BA is used it will make a backup.
