error 10057`- PLEASE HELP

I don't know what happened to the DCC today, everytime I try to connect I receive ``Error 10057 in function send socket is not connected``I didn't make any change in the configuration of DCC, I used it 3 times before and everything was fine
I made a network test with my DM800 and all was good,the cables connetions are good also but the dcc is showing a red line from the receiver and a green line between the computer and the router
Hope you can help me . THANK YOU

please go to menu/setup/customize/network/network test then click blue button , click ok. check your network and ip is correct then try again. If not solve turn off DM800(full of power) and wait about 30 second then reboot. turn off DCC then resart it will be OK.

See if you can download online ip and if it goes right ..
if it does not proceed as written.


menu / setup / customize / network
and disable the dhcp ..
put a fixed IP as 192.168.2.100

name root
passwd dreambox , if you have a different passwd

I would power down all your kit. Router Dreambox and PC.

Then restart if that does not work have a look at the ip of your 800 in network adaptor settings.

Make sure Use Interface is yes and on the DCHP select NO this will give you a static IP that will not change.

Write down the IP shown save and then reboot. Use the IP you wrote down in DCC.
