[Plugin] AutoTimer for UFS910

This plugin allows you to automatically create timers for serial. This is very handy if you do not always start at the same time.

Addendum: This plugin need to install as. Tar.gz to / tmp will be copied and can be installed using the Addon Manager (install from tmp).
