I have notice that ART started the new viacces 4 known as PRAHA in sports channels 11956 H on Nilesat 7w; now the channels are encrypted with both Irdeto 2 and viacces 4 but after few months they will be encrypted only with viacces 4(bad news for gamma card owners)

ART started to protect itself from hackers before the world cup :(

True mate, ART started the new Viaccess 4 in 11957 H (Sports Channels)
Now using both:

Viaccess PC 4 (= Viaccess 3 + PRAHA card)
the official FT-ART communiqué of Nov.11, 2008:
"Viaccess, a France Telecom company, leader in conditional access announced on Nov 11, 2008, that ART, the leading broadcaster of premium Arabic family programming and entertainment worldwide, will deploy Viaccess’ Praha card to secure its Pay TV satellite platforms in the Middle East region.
In the next coming months, ART and VIACCESS will strenghten their current collaboration to smoothly migrate the operator’s satellite platforms and set-top-box (STB) population to the Praha Card (Proactive Against Hacker Attacks), one of the leading conditional access systems which is proactive against card sharing and enables hacker attack analysis
