i have put the keys in the keylist file but it aint working

try with the new incubus
or build a newcamd server on your pc using sbcl+vplug

edit sbcl.ini

change 127.0.0.1 with your ipbox ip

enigma2
add this line to your camd3.config

Updated my vplug to get latest dll files i was getting error before
i am using E2 image how do i know if my box is connecting to my PC my router is in dmz
I can see all the keys in vplug and the keys are correct for my PID i have Added
# Newcamd-client
SLOT=192.168.1.13:4:1:1:1:6001:dummy:dummy:0102030405060708091011121314
Do i add # before SLOT?
to the bottom of my camd2 config

Do i have to change any setting in SBCL or vplug?

This is really the thirst time i have used this sort of thing So please bare with me.

The network is ok and e2 is running from My Hard disk If this is any help.

I can connect to my pc and see the connections
But i need a little help on setting up this for decoding 5a01 Cable with Enigma 2 and camd3
i can connect but the SBCL just wont give the box the keys.

I also keep getting a connection to vplug from SBCL with a Pid of 255 00ff in hex showing up and vplug says the PID is empty i think i need to change this pid some ware but cant find it

This is my thirst time using SBCL/Vplug I used it once before but it was a pre configured for me So i have no idea how to set things up..

do you see some change in sbcl window "some activity",when you start emu on ipbox?

example when sbcl is working

can you connect your PC directly to the box using crossover cable, maybe you router is blocking communication <- ->
try to run mgcamd manually from telnet,and post output..

clean your mgcamd.list ;ONE LINE

Hi i have Done what you said i was already using a crossover
even tested with another cable in case it was a patch but with the other cable i didn't get any connection as if the cable wasn't connected and it said patch cable....

Here are some screen shots of what i am getting

And here is the emu status from browser

As you can see above you can see its showing as off...

And you can see the SBCL is trying to send the Emm updates to the box but it just ain't showing

Do i have to set anything up in vplug or SBCL?

Do i need anything in the server settings?

and so i add the keys via clicking add new in vplug?

I have done all you said 1 line in my newscamd.list
i don't have mgmcamd that you mentioned in your last post but u thing this file is what you ment...
And i have Removed All from my softcam.

Only thing i can think of is somewhere the cam is off!!!!!
don't know if this is share is off or the full emm is off

Hope this info helps you solve whats going on here.

I have a clean vista install have also testing with XP clean install just for this.....

Vista can be a pain is the butt i know thats what i tested with Xp nothing ells but os installed.....

redownload sbcl.rar ,and try again
desable stop emu on your ipbox.
run sbcl on pc
zap to cryped channel
start mgcamd from telnet console.
post output here

emm not possible with sbcl; when key change you need to get new v_keys.db .
you can stop emu from remote control, sif panel,or nlb panel; red button or green button on your remote control.

from telnet console
example to stop emu:
killall mgcamd
to run mgcamd from telnet if you have sif image:
cd /var/bin
./mgcamd
if you have nlb image:
cd /data
./mgcamd

I am about to chek incase their has just been a keyrole.

And its also Strange that the emu/cam is looking for SB01
but the keys Are for 5A01 even the auto role gets 5A01..

also if you look /var/keys/tps.bin is missing....
