Media On Demand-Plugin for DVBViewer

Anyway i created a small OSD plugin which collects internet Radio and Video Streams/Feeds from multiple sources out of the web. The lists contain cool Radiostations like Radio Sibir as well as Fox Las Vegas, NBC4 etc... Just put the Media On Demand Plugin into the DVBViewer's Plugin folder and you will be glad to have ~12k new channels.

I also updated the SoftCSA Plugin which was not able to handle encrypted Streams which are neither Audio, nor Videostreams. Some special channels even encrypt the Subtitles and PCR Pids.
