I have download only 4 files today my download limit reached but I have over 3-4 post I should have 14 files download limit but after 3-4 files download limit reach

Junior Members are allowed 10 files per day not 14 that's per 24hrs from the first download,

If your hitting you download limits with only 4 files then make sure your not using a download manager as these use multiple connections and that would mean you would be downloading the same file multiple times.
