some time ago, these packets sent on old Intelsat 902 at 62°E on 11.555H and 11.595H.
I found this on an old frequency list, unfortunately there was no provider noted
With the commercial commissioning of the new Intelsat 39 there they moved here.
Unfortunately not the answer but at least a hint...
