skystar usb 2 hd ci with win 10

hi everybody
I run skystarusb 2 hd ci on win 10 but in dvb dream & smart dream can't tune the S2 frequencies although I used different BDA, only I can receive S2 frequencies by prog.
Any help Appreciated.
