This is oscam arm-dream with static libcrypto.
is possible to test it, and te tell if it starts, I build it with a static libcrypto, so it does not depend from the version of your libcrypto

I could not find the emu file in the forum (11.640 ot juli13) there is a version 11639
and there are two.
1) oscam-11639-arm_dream-EMU - works ( I checked )
2) oscam-11639-arm_dream-all_on-EMU - does not work Merlin4
I also checked your file 11640 - it works on Merlin4

Use the above arm file post 562, which is indipendent from your libcrypto

I downloaded the Post 562 file (on the external link).
I put it in the Box.
I stopped enigma2 and renamed the file to the old name OsCam_11638.
I restarted the enigma2.
The Box will not start.
I disconnected the Box it from the power and I called again it.
After starting, the Box switches off automatically.
I am currently unable to none download, because I have reached the limit. I will have to wait.
However, I will go back to the previous OsCam one.

All procedures must be done via telnet, (the easiest is running oscam (in the tuner) - rename - copy and then - rename - paste the new bin file) after that we copy the existing file in the tuner over - everything.
NB! oscam has a cast all with that name, I have a tuner oscam-1.20. I also copied the new bin file to oscam-1.20 and now I copy the old file with the new file .
Both files must be exactly the same and everything works.
OsCam_11638 = oscam-1.20 (I have been renamed this way)

The file is here in that threat, or you can ask if you need it in future.
Yes that file is needed for the emu version in order to start the oscam, for the arm version.

In order for the versions attached here to work, libusb-1.0-0 must be installed.
telnet
OE2.0: opkg update && opkg install libusb-1.0-0
OE2.5 / 2.6: apt-get update && apt-get install libusb-1.0-0
