Help Kaon 220z DDR

Hi

Kaon 220z-DDR H/W 1E-80-85 displays "halt" on front panel when starting and no respnce or activity goes on...

Is there a way to sole the problem?

I tried reflashing frequent times with differennt manners , only after an attempt just for a some seconds it was okay and then halted again. So if it may be related to a voltage or a special part disfunctioning other than Eprom?
