Pls can anyone help me with the latest software, My Show and JSC stopped working. It is only ART that is working currently.

Receiver connection

i've been trying to connect my receiver with my pc bt it's always giving the error status, and i've followed all the stated steps. is there an easier way to use my labtop. that's usb to serial.
