Doctor Watson For VU+ Duo

Here is Doctor Watson, the brave workers of Sherlock Holmes plugin.

Starting on Extensions menu (blue button)

Up / Down moves past old video bitrate <-> Audio Bitrate <-> ECM-time <-> Signal (dB)

Left / Right moves the small window on the left / right side of the TVs.
This is so made, because the plugin is designed to run a lot of time.
