New HISAT-TDMan image update with some major changes for the card slots.
Code: 
-M2Plus card working in Cardslot1 only
-Nova and other fast I2 cards working correctly in Cardslot1
-all other cards including N*S use Cardslot2
-all emus included working as always

Newcs working ONLY with Cardslot2. Don't change newcs.xml file as it supports slot2 only. If you want
to use that feature in other images I'm including multicam plugin with disabled Cardslot2 (don't forget
to switch off support for that slot in config file of cardserver you are using).
