There is, and was never was any guarantee that my script would work in every case.
You need to check that your programmer device is setup correctly. It seems to me if you having issues with all software (emk, my script, dragonloader etc) there is something not correct somewhere.
If your card is still in iredto application mode. Your programmer should be set at 6MHz and baud at 9600 with byte convention "direct".
If your card is back to the OS ATR then you should use 3.57Mhz, 9600 baud and also "direct" convention.
EDIT I've just re-read your first post. As Barney has already said, there significant issues with USB based programmers. "Real" phoenix devices on rs232 port are much more relaible.
