For which Bootloader is the emu Coship5300A_150412.rar applicable?

Hello,

I kindly ask for which Bootloader is the emu Coship5300A_150412.rar applicable? I have the original Bootloader B39.01 on my Coship 5300A, can I use the emu directly? Or should I first upgrade to Bootloader B39.02 or, even better, to B41.02?
