Oscam "arm_dream" request

The latest oscam "arm-dream" versions posted here are "oscam-11643-arm_dream", "oscam-11643-arm_dream-EMU" and "oscam-11643-arm_dream-EMU_static_lib".
Here is missed the most useful version for me which is the "oscam-1164x-arm_dream-all_on-EMU".
Can anyone provide this oscam version? Thank you.

The best Oscam is Oscam-Modern 1543, the new Oscams are not complete
