Offset dish with actuator... arc/ alignment

Hi

I have a 1.25m offset dish with an diseqc 1.2 motor... this winter has been several storms with strong winds and every 10 days I have to re-tune my diseqc 1.2 motor... it is annoying, so I'll change the diseqc 1.2 for an actuator.

Already ordered an Famaval polar mount for my Famaval TRX125 dish and one Iberosat V-Box III but I have some doubts regarding the actuator.

I'm from Portugal (38.6ºN - 9.2ºW) and I need to move my dish at least between 34.5°W and 42°E, Nilesat 7.3ºW (South) is my reference sat...

... what is the best actuator to do the arc between 34.5°W and 42°E?... 12", 18" or another one?

How do I align an offset dish with a polar mount and actuator?... I only found tutorials for central focus dishes.

Already marked the south on the pole with a pen because the dish is still working with the motor diseqc 1.2.

Best regards
