I put in a new graphic card in my PC. When I put the computer on I get the message that 'windows did not start successfullly'.
It doesn't matter whether I choose safe mode, start normally, safe mode with command prompt etc, I keep coming back to this screen.
When I first tried to find out what was wrong with the computer I had removed the hard drive, but did put it back in. Any ideas what I need to
