Does your box have a small button on the rear that pushes in called a mini flashup button ?

Ok so

Power off at the plug press the button and keep it pressed then power back on keeping it pressed to you see an IP on the front screen.

Now flash a correct image for your sim.

Youll will have to use Japhar Flasher with ethernet cable and a service cable connected . Japhar Flasher is a modified version of DreamUP designed to fix the no ca error message.
