1. add (copy/paste) new 0460.ini file (download here: https://en.kingofsat.net/satellites.php) in folder "Transponders" (in
main folder of dvbdream)
2. run dvbdream, in main menu you have tab "Options" choose "Diseqc" option. Now you can add new satellite (46E) from drop-down list (as on picture 1).



3. if your dish on position 46 East, now in tab "Channels/Scan" choose in drop-down list "46E" and now you scan satellite. (picture 2)
