user/pass auth support for osd.
fix start to d/l aes keys on non-tps channels where no good key found.
internal changes and fixes.
two ppc binaries, .ppc compiled with posix threads and new libs (for dbox2, dreambox etc on kernel 2.6.xx),
and .ppc_old compiled with linux threads and old libs (for openbox, dbox2, kernel 2.4.xx)

tps au, tune to 10873 to get keys.
tps.bin has priority over au keys, so remove outdated one to reduce cpu load.
note what this is not real au and can be broken at any moment by t*s,
enjoy while it lasts.

How to install addon.

At first, neutrino's addons is not same format as enigma's addons!
Our addons for ruDbox neutrino only.
1. Put file addon_name.bin to /tmp
2. Main Menu, Service, Software Update, Updatemode: manual(ftp)
3. search for new version...
4. Filebrowser /tmp/, press to addon_name.bin
5. see bla-bla-la on screen... never mind
6. press [yes]
auto-reboot or soft-restart at the end

for openbox users: tps au NOT working on my boxes due to (buggy?) driver,
which only pass short sections from pid, and not long one.

TPS au (look on U: option), remove old tps.au file if any !

PW mecm.


experimental gbox client (client only, no forwarding),
config file - peer.cfg, cards list in /tmp/mg.info,
reports itself as version 2.0A (there was no such gbox version, can be detected).
if gbox client enabled, it always will be tryed first for irdeto, ignoring P: option.
tested using own local gbox "hub", this is recommended mode to use.

U:, N:, G:, P: options changed, read config file.
osd on disconnect/reconnect to newcamd servers (if S: +02).
