An Iranian man has apparently been left with a permanent erection after coming up with the idea of getting his penis tattooed.
The 21-year-old reportedly wanted Persian script reading "good luck on your journeys" inked on his manhood, along with his girlfriend’s initials.
However, a side effect of the tattoo -- and the tattooist puncturing too-deep with his needles -- he's been left with a permanent semi-erection.
As he's still able to have sex and achieve a normal(ish) erection the man has apparently rejected the treatments suggested by his doctors, it's reported in the Journal of Sexual Medicine.
We just feel sorry for him, he only had space on his penis for his girlfriend’s initials and not her full name.
