If you using Windows 10 2004 20H2 or 1909 build or even win 7 that are moded, stripped, like some LITE versions or some Tiny version, or heavy modified like Oprekin. DVB Card will NOT work at all. They will install fine but no software will work with your card, some will see card but can not start them, some will not even see them. USB or PCI whatever.
Maybe You used some software to optimize your windows and that disabled many services and make registry tweaks so card don`t work.
You need full official windows version installed, and than dvb card should work fine, and ALWAYS use latest drivers NOT one that come with card on CD!!
