Vu+ Ultimo tuner

hi guys ive got Vu+ Ultimo with three tuners my mate got vu+uno he cant decode any channels Will find channels but can not seem to decode them. Error on screen is "no data on transponder timeout reading pat" he has tried to re-flash the bux but still the same problem. will Vu+ Ultimo tuner work on vu+uno any help/info would be greatly appreciate

thanks m8 the problem is he leves Birmingham and i am london he dos not know much i am going there on sunday what i want to know it cant be more then tuner i meen cant be heard wear can it

hi Brummie ive go the box yesday ive config tuner
set up as
config mode = simple
mode = single
satellite = satname ie 28.2e
send DiSCEqC = no

when i do service scan it gos like scan in progress- 100%done 0 service fond! so then i put Catseye E2 Settings File when i go to channels showing good signal but no picture
plzzz any help/info would be greatly appreciate

Thanks for the reply m8 but ive tryed everything lnb and tuner fine i thing its heardwear problem bcoz same tuner works fine in my other box I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO PLEASE somebody HELP ME BECAUSE I'M GOING CRAZY

m8 i dont know its my mate box more then year old i think u are right Hardware problem
