Target not connect or target is error status!

Hi allsir
I am facing problem with my receiver "STAR SAT SR-X6300CU SUPER".
When I downloaded the software "Ali3329C" it started giving following problems:
1. Showing Boot after turning power on and hanged up.
2. Unable to connect my PC.(TARGET NOT CONNECT OR TARGET IS ERROR STATUS)lease
I need your support for the help.

Same problem for me
i have the same device and is showing Boot after turning power on for about 5 seconds and then showing "ON" and hanged up
unable to connect to pc anymore
PLS HELP
