UPC# gains Slovak subs

UPC’s# internet product Fiber Power has gained 10,000 subscribers in Slovakia in the past year and is now received in 70,000 homes.
UPC Broadband Slovakia’s internet services are available to more than 400,000 households in 22 cities, with the newest location having been added at the beginning of this month.
Residential subscribers are offered access speeds of 2, 10, 30, 60 and 120 Mbps, ranging in price from €13 to €60 a month.
There are also internet services, named UPC Business and UPC Division Business Internet/Data, aimed specifically at SMEs and entrepreneurs.
The latest subscriber figures confirm UPC as the second largest provider of fixed internet service in Slovakia#.
