Qbox HD black screen

Have updated recently my Qbox HD receiver to Napo BKP dated 17 06 2010 (bootloader 10/5/2010). Since the update, I am only able to view Free to air channels only. Switching to encrypted channel decoded via Radar cam, no sound and picture, only black screen. Cam info displays info about sharing server, channel CAIDs, etc. Server provider data displays that my receiver is connected.
Any one can help.

Try updating your channel list (via menu/addons/download addons/napo/settings) to ensure you are getting the correct sids etc...

if still no picture. update radar to 4.1.2 (menu/addons/download addons/napo/softcams/panel 4.1.2)

then you will have to re-enter your data into radar.cfg

If still no picture use Oscam, it works. (enter data into qboxhd's /var/oscam/conf/oscam.SERVER)

Latest Oscam is available via addons (boubaris) if you have an up to date addons_server.xml (i think it's available on this site)
