is there a bin file for TPS AU for Model No AT-7010DIZ H/V 12.01.A5 or H/V 12.C1.A5 ?

Is there anyone who can tell me how to update TPS on a kaon BM-1100FTA S/W: V0A.00.00
H/W V16.CO.91

Try tuning to France 0,...5 time shift to 0 but TPS does not open
Can anybody help me here,
