Gigablue ue uhd 4K cable CCcam problem

Hello I am a new user of E2 cable tv
I have a new gigablue ue uhd 4K cable tuner
Now I have the last openpli 8.0 image with CCcam 2.3.2 and irdeto 0604 smardcard and the provider is ziggo
Now I have the problem that the card reader read no card
Well I see on internet that I need CCcam 2.3.8 that will fix the problem
But I can find a good file that will work
I here somebody who can help me to fix problem

I have try the file but it’s not working
I put in in tmp and on tv install
After that my tuner wil not start up

He will start up now
But I see in the pppanel menu
No or wrong card inserts in both readers
