again the question about possible new keys for feed Enex Path 1 on Eutelsat 16°E 12.542 H SR 3165

Currently a Sky news feed on 12540h FTA with a black screen.

I'm assuming it's similar to the 7e EBU 1,2 & 3 newsfeeds, where the main uplink goes off to allow an actual news feed, ie. sky news in this case?
