In a way yes guide works but you would be better off using japhar flasher to recover with a ethernet and service cable attached.
Just use a later version image.

Japhar Flasher is a patched DreamUP that fixes no cs error on all sim types.
There is a how to in the rar.
Is it almost impossible to find a image with SSL82 that will work with this nethod, do you think it's necessary using Japhar flasher?

Pointed it out to you above you can use any image regardless of the ssl just use a later one you can find.
Can you use any image that works without the Japhar flasher? Can you point me to a image that works?
