the relevant Px is Iraq 24 HD and is listed on flysat.com at Eutelsat 3B at 3°E on 11690H DVB-S2/8PSK MPEG-4, SR 2962 5/6.
It works with my Apebox C2 4K very well.
I hope the keys are working, which was given via PN

There is no Iraq 24 HD channel on that freq, but there is Al Ahad TV encrypted in biss - https://www.alahad.tv.iq/

But I was sure that I saw an SCPC signal from the station Iraq 24 HD somewhere after entering biss-keys. At least the logo could be seen (as shown on Lyngsat)

Then Lyngsat may not be right here either.
This station has also been listed here on 3°E since October 22, 2020.
Maybe this station was only on the air for a short time here...

So, now I have found the Iraq 24 HD channel again during a "blind scan flight" over the various satellites.

It broadcasts on 10°E frequency 11487 V SR 2500 DVB-S2/8PSK MPEG-4 and (currently) in FTA with id Service-1
