Yes my TBS USB 5980 QBOX always reads signals very low for some reason .
When i connect sat cable to my TM5402 M3 HD it gives 75% signal which i believe to be the accurate signal reading :thum:

i can lock on both sats for feeds but if you want my honest opinion i would say 10 East it just seems a lot more consistant and slightly more stable signal level
last night it was raining a lot and i did tend to loose signal on 7E feed with my 1.2M Dish when i switched to 10E it was fine .
no such issue tonight however as luckily the rain seems to have passed and its a fair dry night tonight .
