Minor fixes for some SKINs (in NewNigma2 / OE2.0):
- thanks to alexbore, for renting a set-top box for remote debugging of the source code (DM800HDse with NewNigma2 / OE2.0)
- determining the position of the nested widget via "center,center" does not work, therefore it's necessary to use the relative determination of the position "x,y"
- removed the ability to scroll the list in the satellite configuration window, via the left / right buttons on the RCU, as the .pageUp() and .pageDown() methods for the ConfigList does not work in some OE cores (SKINs)
- fixed error "FATAL!: addTimer must be called from thread 3261 but is called from thread 3680" (probably a bug in some C-libraries in some Enigma distributions)
-Added "Cancel" button in the satellite configuration window (including improved control of changes made by the user).

- it's a remnant of a function from previous source code

Added support for non-standard userbouquet files (lowercase) in Enigma, after using the DreamSet application:
- unfortunately, DreamSet uploads userbouquet files with lowercase characters to the set-top box and therefore no matching service reference codes are found
- the process of comparing service reference codes from userbouquet files will no longer be case sensitive

- upon termination of support for any of the satellite positions, i.e. if the picon pack no longer exists, the satellite position will be automatically deleted from the user configuration
- the user will be notified by a warning message box

Added "--force-downgrade" argument to OPKG:
- since the upgrade from the github server has a higher priority, the argument is needed to install the version from github, instead of the enigma2-feed version
- this applies if there is still an old version on the enigma2-feed or marked with the wrong git-version
- plugin configuration in Enigma2 will not be changed (not deleted)
I recommend uninstalling the old version and installing this new one.

However, these new SNP picons work exclusively only in the method of incremental update !
That is, they work when the plugin algorithm does not compare anything with userbouquet files (favorite / user DVB channels) in Enigma2 !
The plugin algorithm is not yet able to compare and synchronize channel names with the same named PNG file names.
That's why you have to set a different picon update method than the "synchronization" method !
Perhaps this will be added to the plugin algorithm sometime in the future.

BUG fix:
- AttributeError: 'ConfigList' object has no attribute 'moveDown' (thanks to @Kouďas and @chocholousek for the bug report)
- Enigma2 distributions based on the "Dreambox" core, do not support .moveDown attribute
- therefore, a different algorithm will be used for refreshing the available RCU buttons in the MENU
