Yes I use Dragon CAM with Season Interface & RS232 Cable, same required for Diablo v1 Rev2.2/2.3.

Sure someone will correct me if wrong but in CAS & Config Settings you should have:

In Configuration settings:
EMU [OFF]
Priority [1: Cards 2: EMU]
Auto PMT [ON] and/or CAIDS file with 0604 CAID included

In CAS settings:
Irdeto [ON]

If you don't have a Season Interface you may not need to buy one (or even use your Diablo). Fausto has many different ways of conncting Fausto/Your PC to CAM/Your Receiver:

e.g. Ethernet [Linux, Wi-Fi, DVB Plugins etc]
SSSP/HSIC/TM Share/PC CSC EM/HomeShare [Serial Connection to a Receiver]

What receiver do you have?

Again Diablo v1 Rev2.2/2.3 Can't on its own but with Fausto it can:
