i don't know if this is the correct place to this post or not, but if not, it will be my pleasure to guide me to post it in the correct place, but i do respect this forum very well.
i want to ask a lot of questions about the satellites, receivers and the encrypting signals, which programming language is used to do all of these things? what are the IDEs (integrated development environments) used to do all of that, also, if i need to open my receiver and enhance some of its software, is this source available some where so i can edit like github or all the software are private property (no open source for it)?
where is the community that are developing the plugins and servers for the receivers? is there any contact for them?
i need the start of the string, and i will continue.
