TM 6800HD and Ethernet/LAN

Hello to everyone!
I've checked the information but a bit confused regarding Ethernet communication/card sharing on a standard TM 6800HD. Will it be possible to apply "ADDON_002p-tm-6900-6800-7100" and establish connection via USB or only null cable?

No, standard model - not Super... But I read about null modem cable connection to communicate with PC for a card sharing... Am I wrong?
