I have a superbox 9000HD
Model ID -Ali 3602
H/W Ver - ALI-HD-EM-Ver1.0
Loader Ver - M3602A 1.1.6
STB ID- 06030400: 0b3ab8

Been reading most of the post here but getting nowhere. Following the guides, I can upgrade the S/W thru USB but cannot find the "tools" option from the menu to feed in the clines. I am trying to open the netconfig but asking for password but '0000' doesn't work. I think the man who installed & configured the box must have locked the config so I have to go back to them every month for subscription. Pls help me.

Well first thing Payservers are Scum and will kill our hobby very fast its a very lazy and dangerous road to go down using payservers when payserver is caught then so are you , there is much better ways to use your spiderbox to get the most from it that does not involve Payservers ,

in answer to your question when box is patched with latest software on remote move <> to USB then simply press on remote 1111 ..then you will have access to hidden menu [ key Edit,Network ] will now appear .
press ok on Network here you can input your C lines from your Payserver friend .
