I have an optibox anaconda ( which is identical to the octagon1008 se plus intelligence).
I installed a plug in that allowed the optibox to be cloned to an octagon. It worked perfectly, and I was able to install the latest octagon 1008 se plus intelligence firmware.the reason why I did this was to see if the blindscan was going to be improved, because on the anaconda the blindscan is very slow and it doesn't find any transponders with a SR lower than 2000. When I converted my box into an octagon I had the same results( no improvement ).
My question to the octagon owners: does the 1008 se plus blindscan lock on very low symbol rates? Or is it similar to the optibox?
