WinTV NOVA Usb tuner inst on DM800

Please can somebody quide me how to install the usb tuner on my DM800 {original) with DreamElite 1.3.3 image? The usb tuner was ok many years ago but as I had to reinstall the image, now the DE servers are not operating and although I manually download and put the driver on the DM800 memory files, when I go to select the drivewrs it does not see it, it goes to the server and obviously it cannot connect as there is no server operating nodays. Please advice.
