Hi, I would like to ask your help in this following issue please.
I just bought a Strong 4900HD receiver and I want to be able to view scrambled channels. The local TV technician told me that I have to buy a dongle and each time update the dongle. Can you please explain me how that works please? Also from where do I get the updates for that dongle so I can watch Jazeera sport HD and other arabic movie channels? Is it necessary also to have the latest firmware inside the Strong 4900HD receiver.
