Go to website globo-opticum.org and click ALI3329C you can download the amstar EMU 1.2.82 file,its AU now:
http://www.ijachouf.com/sat/globo/3329C/globo_3329C_EMU_1.2.82_AMSTAR.rar You need the upgrade tool ali tools 3329b & 3329c.rar : http://www.ijachouf.com/sat/globo/3329C/ALI tools 3329B & 3329C.rar
and a nullmodem cable as well. Unplug the receiver, connect to PC serial port, start upgrade.exe, search for the amstar EMU sw, choose upgrade type allcode+bootloader on bottom, click next, test serial port message, plug the receiver in, and wait to finish. This is a clean install, so you have no more channels, you need to install all the digi channels again. I hope I helped a little, good luck Laz
